    Why are these moves "crazy"?

    You can get extreme up moves after a bear market low BUT when they come from a smallish decline AFTER a big upmove they are BLOWOFFS.

    As such they are just too obviously a panic UP. A panic up is no different than a panic low.

    Eveyone wants to be the same way, a recipe for disaster.
