They could still be around selling shares?

From another post from last year:They should stockpile at the mamahak port during the dry season and then during the wet season you increase your stockpile at your transshipment point. So say you have a contract for 50000 tone per month you make sure that prior to the dry season you have stockpiled 200000 tone at your transshipment area to supply your contract. I hope that i have made it a little more clear.

I wonder if they paid attention last year and have learnt.
So will that mean production should start any day now to start getting ready for shipment when levels are all good?
