I checked this out and Mears Technologies has closed a US $5.62 MILLION share offering, raising the amount from 55 Investors.
The Chairman and CEO is Robert Mears!!!

What does this mean for K2 Energy shareholders??? I don't have a clue!!!
I do know however that i am becoming very concerned re my investment in this company as i cannot make contact with them after numerous attempts and they are so far behind their time frames with the solar program without any attempt to update their shareholders on just what on earth is going on???
Considering our investment which is quite substantial and our involvement with Mears Technologies one would have thought that this listing news should be released via the ASX?
Are KTE one of the 55 Investors or is this a totally different company to the Mears Technologies that KTE have committed our funds to???
Bloody confusing!!!
