Regarding the Mining Right appeal, I hold quite a fair bit of stocks so I have contacted RES and understood that they have not heard from the Department of Mineral Resources regarding the appeal, rather were forwarded the appeal by the people who appealed (through their environmental advisers)
This means that the Department of Mineral Resources have not yet asked from RES to respond to the appeal and the process (in general) takes 21 days, so to my understanding, within the next 21 days (plus minus government official laziness delta) RES is supposed to get a request to comment to the appeal (which RES already prepared) or the appeal could not even get to that stage (since their argument could be too weak)
I'm suggesting that we might have clearer idea in short term rather than months
