Sludge, I don't know if you've taken what I've said wrong? I had addressed the post to only the posters on this thread who make serious comments. I think we all understand what is there, that's why we are shareholders. Again in my opinion I think B4M South is the main reason for the path AGS has taken. I believe the other accusations, though significant, are lesser in comparison.

I had the idea that all parties wanted the details kept confidential. Could AGS have been accused of slander or defamation by making a serious accusation against Q/H public before the trial began? You would have more idea about that Tamra, I don't know much about legal process.

I think those bunnies were digging around 2005-2006. We could work out the date from the progress on east and west on the google photo if someone wanted to match it to AGS's drilling result announcements. Looks like they were beginning the close space drilling of the southern high zone at East but hadn't done too much yet at West. Heathgate lost a manager soon after I believe, though in no way I'm I suggesting the two incidences are related.
