BHP produced a profit of 22 billion. Out of this amount would leave a 'heap of change' if BHP were to consume both EXT and PDN.
Possible I would guess so. As this would require a belt feed from the pits and or grade holding areas/zones at EXT to PDN's new plant, which is operational, AND DOES NOT require a new water or electricty supply.
Then at a latter date, WHEN both water and elect, are available an expansion of PDN's plant to increase the yearly production rate OVER 15million pounds would become a reality and would then place BHP as the World leader in the supply of U.
BHP's OD could have problems with an increase of water required for production of U, hence there just maybe a long ramp-up time at OD.
