Rozencrantz the scenario that you paint with Deancorp is fantasy. You are attributing all sorts of sinister actions to parties of which you have no knowledge of their intentions towards MIK.
I seriously doubt that you have done proper research into La Jolla otherwise you would be aware that they have done about 20 deals in the Australian market and yes, some have had issues, but the great majority have benefited from the investment made by la Jolla.
Can I suggest that as you know Tony Snape you give him a ring and ask him directly what he thinks rather than speculating anonymously on hot copper about whether or not he should be catergorized as a fool!
Why pray tell would you ask for an "informal" meeting of shareholders when a formal meeting is planned to approve the La Jolla transaction. You should attend the meeting and state your objections that is why it is being called.
