Actually reading the last ann it states clearly that the DERM approvals will run in parallel with the commissioning of power to the grid in October...so I'd suggest we are going to be waiting a couple more months before all is clear with DERM.
Got to say once we have this confirmed I would be thinking the Carbon team would be looking to Chile to build the next stage plant, 25Mw, as the POC would by then have been well establihed in BC. Why would you continue to do pilots when the IP has been proven?? THese countries need the energy now, stuffing around with a 5Mw plant seems like overkill to me and will delay monetisation of this technology by years!!
Anyway I'm no expert so I'll just leave it to them...
