Great news on the stabilisation of debt. High levels and short terms of debt is what pulled apart so many other trusts like Centro and in the worst case the idiotic Rubicon trusts.

Now there's nothing to worry about, at least until we approach the current debt expiry of 2016. Even with worst-case vacancy scenarios due to an American recession (and this is worst case - America can't default because they'll just print cash if they have to) debt servicing from remaining rent won't be an issue with current leverage.

Onwards and upwards...
