You are probably right about there being better targets, but I find Burntgamber's argument re indication of JV (ROFL) timing pretty compelling. A company just doesn't print 100m of junk options if a company making deal is just around the corner. There will be a lot of disappointed holders very shortly, IMO.

What I find funny about today's announcement is that PL/ Genorah seem to be sure of how much more money they want to raise (100m x 3c= $3m,) but they haven't quite got around to figuring out the details of the offer!

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the number of new options offered blows out significantly when they come to deciding how many options will be offered to share and option holders.
