I'm still trying to figure out the rational behind the belief that shareholders are being done a favour by being given the 'opportunity' to cough up $3m.

A favour would have been:
1) making the rights renounceable. At least they could then be sold on market.
OR
2) Not using the rights as an excuse to raise more capital. ie say 0.5c per option.

Self delusion sure is a powerful drug. Maybe its just me who cannot see that pumping more money into this woofer is not all that smart. Maybe the JV reaaly is imminent.

I suppose the Directors would then be scrambling for the new options. Are they "scrambling or scrambled?
