I seem to recall posting about a month or so ago (if anyone would care to check) That their was a fair chance the SEC would be waiting for the release of the EOY accounts from PRR to make sure everything on the accounting front was ok before approval was given and that there was a good chance we would now be looking at September.
This post was dismissed pretty quickly by others.
Sometimes on here we need to gloss around things to get them into peoples heads and open up discussion. If it seems like just a thought you had people tend not to hassle you for your source.
In this case this never worked and the discussion was not taken up, pity as it now seems like it may have been pretty close to th money.
