Martin that what it is..nothing wrong...If they approved lets say 60m...and they need low offer less than 60m or 65m I dont think it will go for approval again...surely they they need to increase their offer and they are even willing to do it and thats why they need formal approval...They are definitely much more interested in LCY and come back with offer for sure...
