    So reverse psychology is in play

    Placement and entitlement off (CR) has been delayed

    Why?

    One can only assume

    1/ weak equities markets
    2/ CPS Securities are nervous

    So if PNO come out of suspension with the same or worst CR shareholders should be grateful to Palermo

    I don't think so

    Shareholders will revolt by

    1/ not taking up their entitlement

    2/ supporting a 249D notice

    GL to all as we need it
