OK, just not long spoke to Jenny !!
So here goes as to the best of my interpretation.
TDX are working as hard as they can and are in discussions with other companies. The Bayer thing fell through because Bayer were not making it easy and wanted a lot more done than TDX thought, hence the cost to continue with Bayer was not warranted, they would have had to raise a great deal of money to go forward without guarantees ! They have no intention of stopping work on other deals, although she did say if Bayer didn't want that particular product would another company touch it after that ??
Yes the immediate cost cutting is being done till they can do some deals and sell their products, until then they are cost cutting to the extreme as to make sure the company will survive, I quote "nobody wants to see TDX go into administration" unquote. Also I asked if she was prepared to stay, her answer yes if she can get the company to the point that it should be at. If she fails perhaps the company want someone better than her for the job. Yes that's is what she said. It was my opinion that this was devastating news to her and to the shareholders about Bayer but she had to inform the market immediately and there was no other way to put it.
They are in negotiations with other companies, if they get a deal over the line an Ann will be put to the market straight away. She also spoke about if there was a need they would perhaps merge with another company, that I found interesting.
My thought she was up front, didn't beat around the bush and didn't sugar coat anything, and she too was extremely upset about the whole situation, obviously.
To all shareholders please feel free to call Jenny, my gut tells me one way or another it is going to be OK, one deal done and we are off and away again. Merge with another company could also make it a stronger entity.
They have sale-able products and interested parties, we will have to have some patience but all is definitely NOT lost. If the economy was in better shape who knows if we could have already had deals over the line.
Good luck I look forward to the first deal that brings us back to life, and if anyone can do it, Jenny can, and then perhaps she may keep her job !!
Please again feel free to call her as she is willing to discuss anything but cant disclose any ongoing negotiations with any other parties. One deal, if possible, the ones that bought the sp at the current prices will be whistleing dixie !!
    Cheers
