I think you will find that there are still so many people still holding shares in IDG because they probably had forgotten about there holdings and if they hadn't been following the company in the last 3 months or so then they wouldn't of know about the delisting.

Luckily I watch the market daily, my brother and mother for example held shares in the company as well, however the only way they were notified of the delisting and sold there holdings was from me, I notice IDG didn't post anything to there holders advising them of there intensions, you will probably find a number of these holders are yet to find out there IDG shares are now worthless.
