The announcement states in black and white that the contracted rig is being deferred for another well while CEL changes operators... the hypothesis in this thread is that there is no contracted rig and they are still rig shopping... the suggestion being then that the company is blatantly lying in it's ASX release (not hard for ASIC to check up on this).
So they would be risking investigation, fines, possible loss of ability to operate and their professional careers why exactly?
