    I just read a posters comment on Top Stocks he oversubscribed by 1600%. I oversubscribed by 100%.

    I guess it is reasonable to think that the Rights Issue has been oversubscribed and maybe they in discussions to increase the amount of the raising. Makes sense I guess. I dont think the underwriters will pull out more likely the underwriters are discussing the Exergen JV and MM court case to decide if they will lower the Rights Issue price. My bet is oversubscriptions though.
