Of course AIW won't willingly go for that, it takes away a lot of the opportunity for empty promises that they make to shareholders.
It is good to see other sources being critical of AIW management other than venting shareholders. I think this proposal should be seriously looked at if it can provide better value in our virtually worthless shares. I bet you won't find anyone actually in front on this share, so everyone should be seriously considering it, although I really have no idea if it is fair or not.
