Currently the industry still has some breathing space in regards to employment....there were some major delays If you were building a new home, there was simply not enough builders for the demand.
Now what's happening is that with less new homes required, the builders are catching up with demand. Once demand plateau.s, You'll see the developers start stockpiling new homes and then you'll see lay off.s and soon enough giving away a free ipad won't cut it and we'll see some major discounting to get the house off their books.
