    A racist remark needs to contain hatred/spite toward another human being who is different in some sense to oneself.
    This is the accepted definition around the world.

    Racism and calling one a racist is not to be taken lightly in any way.
    Someone saying "Asians have black hair" does not make him/her a racist. It is merely a factual statement about people from Asia.
    Might aswell say "Asians are beautiful". In your eyes that would make him/her a racist or that remark about racism.

    I find that odd, and I cannot see your view nor agree with you
