intersuisse won't underwrite share issue, page-4

The most intruiging question here is,why didnt intersuisse wait till sept 2 and see how much money had come in before making their decision?maybe it would have been fully subscribed and they wouldnt have had to stump up any cash and would have still recieved their fee?maybe intersuisse could see that it WAS going to be over subscribed and they werent going to get any shares and free oppies,and are not happy about it.......seems to me there is something fishy going on here!!!!
