the rest of regulations is a rather grey area - see todays SLR release to prove point
and we can keep arguing about those points - or be prepared to look into possibilities
I believe this is a unique place in time to generate organic growth in this area
(may even be the last real chance we get at that and keep our best assets)
But then this is just my point of view and ultimately of no consequence !
