they were looking for a loan facility of up to $1m "for trade financing and general working capital" and "to expedite our future expansion activities in the US".
At June 9 the comment was they "may" decide to pursue some trade finance facilities, at 29Jul they were finalising a loan facility; just seems to me that's all confirmation they are growing well
Only problem is that with a MC at 0.007 of around $5m a $1m raising is a decent dilution. Would be nice if it's at a premium.
But with a MC at around $5m and sales getting close to $9m over the last four quarters, plus growth continuing the prospects look promising. Just needs to confirm reasonable margins.
