ccv if take over at 91c = 360m

a fifth of its size, nice tug in and not over the top acquisition and they have global foot print

and if the US dollar keep weaken it's an earning dream for its investors
back home....

If I was to run ezcorp that what I would do...strategic investment is a long term

view ..regulations and government will change over time and business can work around it ....and this is one chance they get to buy ccv cheap due to uncertainty..

If they make a move now at 91c you can be sure more than 90% of the shareholder will vote yes without much objection ...

Ezcorp proven to be an opportunistic acquirer, this is their once shot chance :-)

and I dont think it's 50-70c ..it will be 91c plus ..they want to make the impact and get a quick yes vote and acquire and all wrap up by the end of the year...
