    Mostly they are given back to PNO as a convertible note. He then draws a 12% pa income from it. If PNO ever hits the jackpot he will convert at <1c.

    All the convertible nores are from 'undisclosed' investors. Thankfully they like to rollover every year. But thats all part of the scam.
