"Does this statement get considered as insider news?"
Yeah I was wondering that too. but there was nothing in the statement of actual fact just the undying belief of the CEO who was just on-site, who really really liked what he saw. And I think expects the assays once completed to reflect his optimism. Though on the comment if I had any spare cash I'd bu more :)
We'll know pretty soon.
