In relation to Roche, the feedback I have received on Roche is "The Roche extension is on track to trigger a decision from Roche on whether to exercise their option to license by the end of 2011 (ie: a payment)."
Some clarity around Roche would be great as the opportunities here seem enormous, but they are certainly playing their cards close to their chest. Hopefully we'll see something in the next 4C, if not sooner.
