    i will give you one reason why it wont happen, guess who will have to pay for their shares and guess who wont have to pay for their shares. Then guess why those that have to pay wont be confident to pay??

    NO one will touch a spin off gold entity right now, it just wont happen.

    If there was a cap raise in Nov, which I expect, would you confidently buy in now as qmn stands??
