    Good news for both. ROK didn't have the balance sheet capable of growing post GFC while MYS has 80% of its loans covered by deposits - balance sheet size and funding access that will help ROK grow its loan book in QLD.

    I wouldn't dismiss the chance of a counter bid for either MYS or ROK prior to this deal completing
