It is weird, there seems to be a constant stream (or 1) seller happy to offload 20,000 to 30,000 shares at 18c after each one gets picked off. With the depth on the sell side so light I can't help but question the motives of this seller/s... why not list some at 18.5c or even 19c and see if they can get bites instead of continually replacing at 18c?
