re: to grant Grant, you will have a view I am sure, but it seems possible the Interoute Group (UK) has purchased FNT in 1998, then sold one of Interoutes retail assets (Interoute Telecom Services (ITS) to FNT in May 2001, presumably for synergy. Given the previous post I made which shows Interoute has FNT and a number of other assets up for sale, this would seem to be a classic restructure and divest strategy, or even a strategy to protect shareholder wealth via the retail assets if the Interoute directors could see the writing on the wall in the i21 network. Very interesting none the less, and more interoute names keep popping up in the ATC context.
