D5. What is the device or method used to inject the Bauxsol solution into the drill holes, and does it
inject only at the bottom of the hole or does it apply pressure throughout the column?
We alternate drilling and injecting through the end of the rod. Typically, we drill a certain distance,
pull the rod back and inject into the open hole, and then drill further and repeat. This procedure has
been widely and effectively used by MWH.
