I reckon the SP went up following this article in today's AFR:

    http://tools.afr.com/viewer.aspx?ATL://6a3c9452-d2ae-11e0-adc8-c3a5eccc3da1§ion=tools

It says HVN have $645m of franking credits, and Nomura says if the entire amount was returned to shareholders, it would equate to $1.40 special dividend. The article says an update on capital management initiatives might come as early as next calendar year, and that Gerry Harvey is softening his conservative stance on returning capital/franking credits.
    __________

On a general note, I've seen some companies have pretty ordinary results this month, but give some kind of sweetener (or the media says they will do so in the future), and their SP rises.

Good luck holders, and potential holders. :)
