of course whoever they have a deal with/prospective deal with would receive less of the company the higher sp. so it makes sense to keep it tight.
so it seems to me the fact the sp is being religiously protected at 4c says a lot. either that or too much cough medicine for me. but for now, im done buying. obviously the most we will have to pay is 4c.
