re: caution rqrd. - another share placement necess I reckon it will be a convertible notes issue.
If the projects provide the cashflow they say they will, well this will pay back the notes in cash without having to have an equity conversion.
They have always said they will raise equity to participate. Perhaps they may also try for some project debt as well, or could joint venture a portion with somebody else with a lot of dollars/cashflow floating about.
