They try to get AUSAID to build GAS power stations in Vietnam (GAS from VN, part of fund form Australian GOV aid, part of fund from world bank, and the rest from Vietnamese GOV.) (we give VN about 20-50m per annum depended on cooperation between 2 nations). In exchange, all Australian businesses in Vietnam will get priority with Electricity at LOCAL PRICE.

HAZ has no other problem in VN. Everyone supports HAZ except Monopoly electricity company owned by State.

VN builds gas pineline from South to North.

Before Electricy went from North to South, now is in different direction. Electricity is from South to North. That is why HAZ is a victim.
