    Hi Jazzmox - you wrote

"Funny how the judge admits Corby has to prove she is innocent instead of the prosecutors proving she is guilty."

Not funny at all. That's how the law works in Indonesia. They found the mary jane in her bag, she admitted it was her bag and therefore she must prove to the Indonesian Court/judges that she is innocent. She is being tried in Indonesia under Indonesian law and as far as I can see the Indonesians haven't done a thing wrong.

The problems happen when Australians can't take off their Australian legal glasses and see everything that has happened in Indonesia as if it was happening in Australia....what an embarrassing farce to have Corby present an emotional plea to the judges in a language that they don't understand - to have an interpreter there but not used, not to give the judges a transcript. What sort of nonsense is that? A shameful play to the Australian media - no wonder the judges looked bored and one even opened a book. They can't understand a word she was saying, but they were polite enough to let the farce continue. In Australia at least one of the judges would've probably been asleep.

    :)
