new structure is much improved
re-financing is all good, plus the major shareholder is injecting funds. You don't willy nilly commit your own cash without some sort of confidence.
Basically, once we clear the debts..we will fly.
Again, full disclosure...can't say buy or don't buy but am happy with the new structure :) been a long time coming
