Shares will be 4.6B if they don't convert the notes and options and 5B if they do (FML that is), so those numbers are good.
Something that will help, is post merger, we have around 161M (from memory) in carried forward losses(from CRE). This will help your calculation with respect to NPAT taking these losses into account and its affect on the tax rate you are using..
