    CPSS and SOPHS got their 100M shares at .005 on 29 AUG 2011 for 2 reasons

    1/ PNO Balance sheet as 30/06/2011 showed Total Equity at $211,448 and therefore PNO desperately need their $500,000 ASAP

    2/ PNO IMO will announce something favourable before the record date and that's when CPSS and SOPHS will sell yet AGAIN
