Yes asf, thats right. They are just allocating more shares and handing over cash but the point is if they wanted to invest say $1 million into PIE, they couldnt buy at 2 cents on market as there is not 50 million shares on offer at that price so obviously a deal has been struck up to get into PIE via a Placement. Both parties win as PIE need the cash and the sophisticated investors get set at a level that wont push up the price.
