Hi stockbaz. Im glad you understand its a piece of string guesstamate but i will give it a go.

To eliminate quite an important variable we will presume the DOW and ASX are pretty much where they are now for the next 12 months and do not poop themselves. Ofcoarse if the whole economy went down the gurgler this may be quite a different story. So in our story the DOW will hang around 12000 points for the next 12 months and the ASX 4500/5000.

To explain my predictions I will restate I believe we probobly have what will become the biggest deposit of high grade low radiated REEs on the planet. We also hold world class prospective gold assets. But in our imaginary world, even one with a fixed DOW this does not guareentee too much.

It does not matter how you as an individual percieve a stock in the market it is far more important how the market views things. I know how good i think PEK is, but so far it seems the market is only just starting to get it. I think if we keep hitting them with fantastic drill results it can only be a matter of time before many new investors and new brokers start getting onboard. Indeed we probobly saw a bit of this today.

Concerned nations and industrials already no doubt have PEK on high watch at this point.

Not to complicate it too much as it is very complicated, the whole debate about LREEs V HREEs and even basic concepts like do a smaller amount of a huge amount, ie our percenage of HREEs, constitute a valuable resource. My answer is ofcoarse they do, but its the LREEs that give the real REE value to Ngualla. The HREEs ,Phosphate, Niobium etc are just the icing.

But not to go off on too many tangents I will give you my guess.

1/12/2011 SP 85cents. Drivers, more great drill results, becoming even more apparent the sheer size of the Ngualla deposit. Announcment of intent to drill base metals and gold made earlier.

1/3/2011 SP $1.30. Drivers, all drill results in on REE drilling. JORC being tabulated and nearing completion after continued outstanding results. Awaiting drill results from base metal zone with early good shows. Initial drilling also being done on a Lake Victoria target with good visual grades.

1/6/2011. SP $1.80. Drivers, JORC which came out a couple of weeks late in early April exceeded expectations. Indicates huge grade, depth and room for expansion of defined resource.Mainstream media. Early gold drilling results and base metal results great. Phosphate work shows some areas of direct shipping grade.Benification work long back from Batemans. Industrial major has taken a stake.

And finally a year from now. Well if the REEs prove up like Im fairly sure they will, the gold goes well, the other minerals prove up then I think $2.50 is quite, if not very conservative.

Having said this I think LYC, ARU and ALK should all be at least double where they are now in a years time. But I think PEK with its huge exploritory upside on the REEs the gold and several other minerals may out perform percentage wise these other great companies over the next 12 months. IMHO.
Note: We have to survive the sharks first. If PEK and Ngualla are as good as I and many others feel our first challenge will be not to fall victim to a take over at too low a SP. At this stage though things are panning out very well and if the SP continues to slowly creep up and the registry stays tight it make it difficult for a preditor to get a foot in.

Hope this is some help, i have tried to be conservative, i think it could go even better, but remember ofcoarse this is just my guess and a worse outcome can also always happen.

    Good luck Tretch
