utica shale economic benefits fact sheet, page-5

As we are talking about Utica with current thread i was reading an article a few months old now early this morning about the Utica and cannot find old presentations i had on who owned what acres in the area to check up on this paragraph: Second part is what caught my eye.

Chesapeake has been striking joint ventures aggressively (as per their 25/25 plan) recovering almost their entire investment for the land grab while holding on to a majority stake on various plays.
Chesapeake has been hinting about a JV this year on an undisclosed play with over 1 million acres. This is expected to be the Utica Shale.

Anyone remember who else in the area has 1 million plus acres?? Of course the above is probably on hold now considering the bans in place.........
