Hi Ophir, IMO be very, very difficult for a unfriendly takeover or the like if the board disagrees, due to the substantial holdings the directors hold.

also considering Chillee brought in at 46c and Nick also brought up big around 48c the price would need to be well north of this.

One of the directors Alexei, as far a i believe/read is experience in the area of corporate takeovers.
