I don't think we are being conned, however Cougar is on life support at the minute and it would seem that a reduction in salaries now, may relieve financial pressure on the company.
I think that what the Director's are being paid is reasonably fair and in line, but the fact is we need to operate on a shoestring budget now more than ever.

I respectfully disagree. $100 000 is still a non-insignificant amount of money even in these 'heady' times.
