debono, I think those innocent citizens who have had crimes committed against them by your 100 crooks are in the best position to judge, and it seems to be quite common to hear their outrage when they find that they are the victim of a repeat offender who had escaped punishment. Look at the big picture.
In the same way I think that those people who have a knowledge and understanding of Indonesia are best placed to criticise, or otherwise, their people or way of doing things, which obviously excludes you. You are completely ignorant about the place. Travel there, all you will be risking is that you might learn something.
