Just like you went in with $0.16 to jump to the front of the buy que, this seller went in low to jump to the front of the sell que. Obviously he was less interested at selling at a premium than he was in just getting out. He had no chance of getting $0.16 from you - or maybe $0.15 from ANYONE, because he was too far back in the sell que before he lowered his price - so rather than chancing not getting out today at $0.15, he sold out at the open.
