debono, the discussion was about people being setup with drugs being planted on them, not being offered them if I'm not mistaken. On that I have seen more of that activity done openly on Victoria St Richmond than in Indonesia, though they have apparently, just cleaned it up. If you do business there and find it a hassle either leave it alone or employ someone who knows the ropes. You are still a beginner if you don't know how to make the system work for you.
