He told me that the case was proceeding as scheduled.

The SCA told me that the case was proceeding as scheduled.

The DMR told me that the case was proceeding as scheduled.

All have told me that the case was argued and that judgment has been reserved.

If there's anything different to report, something along the lines of confirmation of a formal withdrawal application being lodged with the court by the parties sometime today, then he sure isn't going to share it with me.

Possibly the SCA might be in a position sometime later in the day to confirm whether this actually eventuated?
